RETURNS, REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns and exchanges on any unused, unused or defective merchandise are accepted within 14 days of package arrival date. Your item must be in its original unused or unopened condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. Refunds will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment or as store credit.

This return policy is only applicable to items purchased through the Bulkybuddy.com and our retail store. To initiate a return or exchange, you must first contact a Customer Representative at hello@bulkybuddy.com with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you with confirmation within 1-2 business day(s).

EXCEPTIONS

Items cannot be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, opened, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange. We do not have to give a refund if customer simply changes their mind.
